Scenarios and Time Frames:
- Upon Opening the Box:
- If your device is not working properly upon opening the box after purchase, you are eligible for an exchange.

Usage Issues:
- If the device has been used and the light starts blinking and no puffs are coming out, you must file a request within 24 hours of purchase.
- For this device, the request must be filed within 12 hours of purchase if you encounter the same issue.

Tracking Online Orders:
- For online orders, the delivery time will be checked against the time of the complaint filing. Ensure your complaint is filed within the specified time frame based on your delivery time.
